fix computer issues above ... I got a notification that I needed to change my password. In the process of attempting this, I found that an incorrect address is associated with my account. I need to update my account information. Also, I received notice that I needed to download a different version of Windows ** (the earlier version was formated to be viewed like Windows *, which I would prefer to do with the newer version. Now, with the new version of Windows **, my Outlook * is displaying an error that I need to repair ...*Personal Folders(*).pst and I don't know how to fix it so that my Office **** works with the new version of Windows **.
I don't know much about computers and this is all above my head. I'm afraid that I will need to purchase a newer version of Office*Outlook and I am hoping NOT to lose the intricate folder structure that I have set up for saving emails. Microsoft should offer live technical support chat! I don't know why a company this large and wealthy wouldn't hire employees working remotely to resolve customer issues! This is BS!!
Microsoft should offer live technical support chat. I find it difficult to understand people who speak with accents that aren't from the USA, therefore I don't like to speak with a rep on the phone. That and I lose my voice and I am difficult to understand, too.
I've been a Windows customer since **** when I purchased my first computer and I have used Office **** for a very long time.
I clicked on the pop-up window to install the newer version of Windows **, however, my computer froze and I don't even know if I am using the new version.
