On Monday, September 24, my wife attempted to log into her Hotmail account ([redacted]) from our desktop computer. Typically, she uses her smartphone for access. During the login process, security questions were asked due to it being an "unfamiliar device," resulting in her being locked out. She received recovery instructions for an old email, although she uses it daily on her smartphone. Today, Tuesday, September 25, I tried to access my email accounts ([redacted] and [redacted]) from the desktop and received a suspicious activity message related to my wife's email, requiring an access code for verification. Despite entering the code and answering questions, I couldn't log in. The issue persists on my desktop, always linking back to my wife's [redacted] account. She no longer needs access from the desktop, and I'm unable to access my personal account without removing the verification step. I can log in from another computer at home but need to from my desktop. How can I remove the verification screen for [redacted]? I provided my email for your response, but I'll check it on my smartphone or laptop due to the desktop issue. It's frustrating not being able to access my email from my desktop.

I have been trying for three weeks to remove the 2nd verification from my cell phone. Despite following your online instructions, I do not have many emails to verify my account. I have tried using a different account for them to message me, but after providing all the necessary security information, I am told I haven't given enough information or tried too many times. I am still facing the same issue today - signed in failed, credentials needed. The 2nd verification is asking for a 25-digit code, which I don't have. I simply want this second verification removed from my phone so I can use it without any hindrance.

I am experiencing an issue with my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard Wireless that I purchased 3 months ago. It was working well with Windows 7 and Windows 10, but it suddenly stopped working yesterday. I have tried changing the batteries, re-installing the device, and even testing it on another PC, but it remains unresponsive. I recently purchased a new Mac desktop and attempted to download Microsoft Office suite using my existing account. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Windows login on a secondhand Dell XPS18. It seems the device was formatted as there is no previous owner's data. When I enter my email address, the Windows login loads for an extended period. Sometimes it asks for my password but then restarts the process, occasionally showing an error message. There are moments when it verifies via text but returns to the home screen. I attempted to create a new profile under my Windows login, but the same issue persists, reverting back to the local account. Troubleshooting attempts include using the on-screen keyboard, changing the date and time, and checking for a temporary profile, which I could not find. I recently got a new Apple phone in July [redacted] and took it to the Sprint Store to transfer important text messages and emails. Unfortunately, my emails were not transferred despite multiple visits to the store and even contacting Microsoft for help regarding my emails under [redacted] I have been asked about a fax number and phone number with 33 at the end, which was a mistake from over three years ago when I gave the wrong number to Microsoft. I am now unable to access important emails and have faced challenges with Sprint and Microsoft stores to resolve this issue. I am uncertain if my issue is easily fixable, as it appears to be complex. I have been a dedicated user of Yahoo Mail for many years without any problems until now. Recently, my Yahoo email was chosen as the primary link with Microsoft, eliminating other contact methods and relying solely on my Yahoo email address. However, due to changes in Microsoft's procedures requiring users to log in and out of all linked email accounts, I am considering abandoning my Yahoo email. This change does not align with my values, and I prefer not to have all my emails centralized. I have reached out to Yahoo and plan to do the same with Gmail, Outlook, and Hotmail - specifically since my Hotmail account is crucial for my Microsoft connections. I have always advocated for privacy in email usage, but it seems I am losing this battle and do not know what the future holds for me. Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue I encountered after uninstalling the Netbeans application, mistakenly causing the uninstallation of Microsoft Office.
