The issue in GetHuman-jimhayes's own words
On Monday, **** my wife tried to access her hotmail account from our desktop computer. (*****@***.com) She normally accesses through her smart phone so during the log in process that asked some security questions since it was an "unfamiliar device". She was locked out of the account on the desktop computer and she was sent "recovery instructions for an old email". She is not trying to recover an old email as she uses it daily on her smart phone and continues to even after being refused access on the desktop computer. **Today, Tuesday, ****, I tried to access my email accounts (*****@***.com and *****@***.com) from the desktop computer and I get a suspicious activity message screen relative to my wife's email and it indicates you need to send me an access code to verify identity. I have entered the access code and answered the questions and still no luck.**I have shut down my computer and tried to log in again and continue to get the same message and it always related to my wife's *****@***.com. She no longer needs to access this account from our desktop computer. I need to get rid of this verification code step as I currently can not access my personal account. **I can access my accounts from a another computer in residence but I need to access them from my desktop computer.**How can I get rid of the verification screen for the *****@***.com ???**I have entered my email for your response -but I will have to retrieve it from my smartphone or laptop as my desktop continues to pull up the verification screen when I try to login. Frustrating!!!!**I NEED to access my email from my desktop!!
