Snce the Windows ** update, I've periodically tried to activate Windows to no avail* I kept receiving an error stating the KMS couldn't be contacted. Having recently tried it again, I learned that the issue was having Windows ** Enterprise. **Admittedly, an individual installed it for me when I was assembling my computer four years ago, and I didn't suspect anything was afoul as I didn't receive a notification that the copy wasn't genuine* I suspected more than one computer could have that product key. **However, I purchased Windows * Pro alongside the hardware and didn't use it for the reason mentioned above, and I tried entering the product key via slui * and command prompt (there is no option to change the product key) but was told the key couldn't be verified.**Is there anything I can do to address the issue? I'm worried that trying to do a clean install for Windows * might not work or that I might not be able to use the product key from a purchased Windows ** Home download.
