I need help reestablishing my microsoft account.

I was notified a few weeks ago that my email had not been used for * years and would be shut down. It stated I need to use my Microsoft account to fix this evidently. I have had ongoing problems with establishing and maintaining an account. I got this p*c * yrs ago or so and I don't remember what name or password I used. My email has always been the same and works fine so I don't want it changed because of the account issue. If I could speak directly with someone I am certain it could be fixed easily. I am getting fed up with this as I have tried before to fix the same issue without success and this is a problem I don't need. please help me resolve this before I lose my email !! I depend on it for many things including doctor visits and other important parts of my life.

I set up a Microsoft account when I got this pc and it has been an ongoing problem for me. Somehow, Microsoft cannot understand what I am saying !!

Having a live person that can be verified is in the USA help me with this. I have a great deal of difficulty understanding foreign accents.
