Hi, I was recently in the process of updating my Windows **, when suddenly it froze and then crashed. I couldn't turn on my computer thereafter. Due to this, I needed to take it into service at an electronic's store where I live in Stockholm and after a few days it was ready to be picked up. The specialists described to me that they first uninstalled Windows **, and then reinstalled it again. While at the store, I noticed another customer in line ahead of me waiting to resolve the exact same issue. I've also read on blogs in the past few days, that apparently this issue has hit a lot of people and that Windows ** is unreliable. My laptop is relatively new (about *-* years old) and not the cheapest either. Since getting my laptop back, things do not function normally or as before. For instance, the mouse pad is hyper sensitive and does unwanted commands as I am often hovering over other things on my desktop or on a website. All my photos (I am a photographer in my free time) have little arrows in the top left corner - something neither I nor people I have shown this too have ever seen before. The computer loads slower and is frustrating to work on. And all of this becuase of a glitch with Microsoft Windows ** during a routine update, which I was forced to accept (there was not opt out option). Any type of technical support service in Sweden, especially Stockholm is very expensive and it is unfair that I should be charged this money for something I did not ***** up. In addition, the current Windows ** that was reinstalled is strange and does not provide the same fluid user-experience as before. I would like to claim a refund for these tech costs. Is this possible?

I got help and resolved the issue at an electronics store where I had to pay a lot of money to receive tech support for a period of time. I did not get any support from GetHuman.
