My issue started in September whereas I'm unable to download my updates in my window tint due to my storage after speaking with some of that HP people they explain to me that you guys are supposed to fix my hard drive and that was stated to me back then in September but it was never done and my insurance ran out in April of this year but being that my claim was put in September I feel like my claim should be fixed and that is my only reasoning and not updating my insurance due to the failure and you guys rectifying the issue where my driver is not big enough on my HP computer to sustain and update Windows ** components my number is nine one zero *******This message is in response to Microsoft in reference to a claim that I had plays in September I'm sure I place wine in June maybe in July because I use my computer for school as well it is a home computer and I'm unable to update my windows components I called several times with the HP program in reference to this and they referred me to Microsoft I've also spoken with Microsoft I have reference numbers where they were supposed to take care of this issue but the issue was never taken care of and here it is now in May and my insurance has expired and my issue still hasn't been taken care of I'm unable to download the necessary updates to my windows therefore it's causing my computer to crash more often and more often now I need my computer to be fixed I'm willing to go ahead and use my insurance again once this issue is fixed this is the first time I have used my insurance since I've purchased my insurance.This message is in response to Microsoft in reference to a claim that I had plays in September I'm sure I place wine in June maybe in July because I use my computer for school as well it is a home computer and I'm unable to update my windows components I called several times with the HP program in reference to this and they referred me to Microsoft I've also spoken with Microsoft I have reference numbers where they were supposed to take care of this issue but the issue was never taken care of and here it is now in May and my insurance has expired and my issue still hasn't been taken care of I'm unable to download the necessary updates to my windows therefore it's causing my computer to crash more often and more often now I need my computer to be fixed I'm willing to go ahead and use my insurance again once this issue is fixed this is the first time I have used my insurance since I've purchased my insurance
