The issue in GetHuman-pyrbrb's own words
I sent an email to you a few days ago regarding what I consider as an assault on me because ms downloaded a software package against my will and I was not forewarned. As i said in that long email, that package sent by ms has continually made reference to the fact that I have a *th gen cpu and my windows *.*-**. and that i should really install W** to fully be able make full use of my cpu and W**. I do not want W** at all. Up to now, everything has worked just fine. I fully explained the situation in that email. Now, I get this stupid email asking me if my problem stills remains which it does and asking me what I need MS to do to correct my issue. What a stupid remark!!! What I want is for MS to completely remove what ever they installed that has created these continuous warnings. Is that not clear enough!!!!I ? I will not call Ms Canada again has they are a complete waste of my time. Regarding that stupid remark, it is quite clear that MS has idiots in customer service. Look at my previous email which I sent a few days ago and look at that number YOUR service people sent to me. Either this is sheer stupidy or is it a combination of stupidity and a "I don't give a **** about you mentality". MS doesn't have any "service". It gives nothing but frustration and anger to the very people that support MS!**Again and most sincerely and with a great deal of frustration and anger*Pierre Labonte
