I have been locked out of my Microsoft account due to me forgetting what I changed my password to. two step verification is active which is why I'm having issues resetting my password .**I cannot use the authentication app cause I cant sign into it without my password. **I used my second email and that was fine.**I tried to use my phone number but for almost a month now it says the same thing " temporarily out of service".**I cant wait the full ** days for you guys to review this as all my photos, documents, emails, applications and more are all link to my Microsoft account in one way or another.**example … my tablets backup key is saved on my OneDrive somewhere and now my tablet is sitting here useless cause I cant finish the back up and restore.
