I cant get in. Ive followed all the steps to retrieve passwords. Now the message sent ot my other account is that the only way to move forward is to open a new account. I have all my emails on this account and this is ridiculous. second time this month!!!please can I just TALK to someone. I cannot open a new account and I need all my emails.
GetHuman-welcomep did not yet indicate what Microsoft (Canada) should do to make this right.
