The issue in GetHuman4080596's own words
Phone activation as requested by my **** Outlook program. ... I have followed your instructions and I still do not have any contact with a human or an activation code.
I have transferred my hard drive from a defective computer to my new computer and **** Outlook was functioning on the old computer. Now it comes up but gives warnings that I will lose functions if I do not activate.
I want you to give me the activation code, I cannot use my copy of Outlook **** that was correctly installed on my hard drive many years ago.
I have followed your advice
