I bought a purse at Marshalls in Miami, at the store near Biscayenne Av. It was perfect until I arrived in my country and decided to compare the prices. When I checkec the purse, I saw that the store sold me a purse missing two parts (the locker and the tag with the brand). I was very upset with that, because I live in another country and I can*t exchange it. I contacted the store, which replied me very fast, but telling me to send the purse to exchange it to a gift card, which I can only use when I go back to USA. I am not planning to go back this year (and I don*t know if I will do that next year). So, because of that, I asked them to send me the missing parts, since they are small. But the store refuses to do that. So, I would like to know if the brand, Michael Kors, can sell me the parts through a brazilian store? I know the problem is with Marshalls, but since they sell the brand, maybe Michael Kors can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance. (I have the picture of the purse and the receipt of the store).
