I submitted an issue, previously & submitted another today remaining unresolved by the Michael Kors corporate office speaking with a secretary .* I was asked to check what information I had but my personal information will not be made public therefore, kindly contact me so that I can resolve this overdue issue of paying for something I didn’t get—a DESIGNER HANDBAG. I feel that Michael Kors wants to continue to maintain designer status of their reputation by supplying quality product status in the world of consumers !!! This is reflected by the willingness of the public to pay the top dollar price tag knowing that the company stands behind the merchandise being made superior warranting the steep*Price tag !!!!*Looking forward to an expedient amicable resolution—exchange of defective bag that I love for what I paid for —a Michael kors product —at either the walnut street store in Philadelphia, PA where I bought it or in THE king of Prussia mall where I frequent & there’s a store with feee parking !!!!!*Best Regards,*Susan Tschanz
