Hello, my husband buys me a Michael Kors bag every year, but this time, the handles started falling apart after only six months of use. It seems like the glue or stitching is coming undone. I'm disappointed because I've had to switch back to a Michael Kors bag from two years ago, which is still in great condition. I have the tag and the bag looks new since I kept it in my closet for about two months after purchasing it. This means I only got to use it for 5-6 months before it started falling apart. I really love Michael Kors products and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so my husband can continue to gift me bags every year.

I placed an order for a tote bag from Michael Kors Global on December 20, [redacted], with the expectation to receive it in 5 to 6 business days. However, it is now February 6, [redacted], and over a month has passed with no sign of my order. I paid the full amount of Rs 17,[redacted] using my card. Despite numerous emails, I have not received any response from them. I am located in India and I am unsure how to proceed to obtain a refund for my purchase.

To Whom It May Concern,
My husband gifted me a Rose Gold Michael Kors watch for Christmas, but after only a week, the rose gold plating started to come off. We returned it, and I chose another Michael Kors Rose Gold Parker watch. However, after a week, I noticed the same issue with the links changing color.
I have always wanted one of your watches, but I am disappointed by the quality. Despite their high price, the rose gold plating did not last. I cannot find a store that sells replacement watch straps.
I am frustrated and feel like I wasted money on these watches. I take good care of my belongings, so this situation is confusing to me. I wish there was an explanation for why the rose gold is fading so quickly on these watches.
Please advise on what I should do as the watch is still new.

Upon receiving the pre-spring summer catalog, I contacted Jesus at the Madison Ave store to order the turquoise hoodie. I loved it upon trying it on and planned to base this season's wardrobe around it for my casual trips to our apartment in Los Cabos, Mexico. Despite Jesus mentioning that nothing in the collection was a perfect color match, I paired it with my gray tees and sweatpants. However, when I retrieved the hoodie from its box a couple of weeks ago, I noticed a pull. I attempted to fix it but found two more small pulls. This made me doubt if I was suited for high-quality pieces. Before stashing it away, I decided to reach out to inquire if others have faced similar issues with the garment.

I ordered a tote bag on Monday, February 18th, [redacted], for my daughter's birthday on February 24th. The bag, along with gift wrapping, came to a total of £[redacted]. Although the payment went through, I did not receive a confirmation from your website. Checking with my bank, they informed me that the payment is pending and you have not claimed the money. I suspect there may have been a website glitch during my order. Despite contacting customer services multiple times, I have not received helpful assistance, and I do not have an order number to provide. I am frustrated with how this situation has unfolded and request full compensation as my daughter will be disappointed.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with purchasing MK sunglasses. I've been a loyal customer for about 2 years now, starting with the Adrianna model. Unfortunately, the lens coating has peeled off, leaving it patchy. I bought them at Bright Eyes in Airlie Beach. I reached out to them and sent photos to MK regarding the issue but haven't received a response. In addition, in late November I bought a pair of MK aviators. When they arrived, the frame was misaligned, and one lens fell out. I returned them but it's been 3 months with no resolution. I am quite disappointed with the service I've received. I won't be purchasing MK sunglasses again due to this experience. Dissatisfied with the runaround and lack of response from the stockists. Regards, Deborah B.

I have a gorgeous MK down coat with a broken zipper. The coat is just outside the 2-year warranty, but I plan to have the zipper replaced by a tailor. It's essential that I use an MK 40" separating zipper to preserve the design style and quality of the coat. I discussed this with a representative, and I'm puzzled that MK can replace straps and other parts but not the MK coat zippers from China. I really need assistance as it's chilly in the midwest, and I adore this coat. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Tammy Allen. Around a year ago, I purchased a pair of Optic White Trent Slip-On Shoes from your Oak Brook, IL store. After returning from traveling abroad, I excitedly opened the box to discover that I received (2) left shoes of different sizes - one being a size 10 and the other a 9 or 9 1/2. It's quite challenging to wear two left shoes!
Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the receipt. I'm more than willing to send you images of the shoes or return them to you. I genuinely like the shoes and would greatly appreciate it if I could receive a right shoe in a size 10. Perhaps, somewhere out there, a lonely right shoe is waiting to find its pair.
Please share your insights whenever convenient. Apologies for reaching out late!

I recently bought a pair of the newly released butterfly-patterned shoes in various shades of green. I attempted to return them at a different store just two days later with my receipt and the card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, the manager refused to process a refund, insisting I had worn the shoes and could only exchange them for a different size or store item. Despite feeling stuck after searching for an alternative product, I ended up with a different size of the same shoe. The manager marked the receipt as "final sale," leaving me with an expensive pair of shoes I hesitate to wear for fear of damaging them. The manager's rude attitude and behavior made the experience particularly unpleasant, and I am disappointed by the lack of customer service provided. I hope to find a resolution regarding this issue.

Hello,
I am Manjusha from Dallas, Texas. I recently had a negative experience when purchasing a Michael Kors watch, and I would like to share my story.
I bought a watch from Walmart's website and needed it sized to fit my wrist. When I visited Macy's at the North Park Center, where there was a Michael Kors outlet, I was informed they couldn't help because I didn't buy it from their store. They directed me to the Michael Kors store to get assistance.
I then located the Michael Kors store in North Park Center, with my 2.5-year-old child in tow. Unfortunately, when I explained my situation and asked for help sizing the watch, they also turned me away, suggesting I go to the fast fix shop instead. Feeling frustrated, I went to the fast fix shop, but they wanted to charge $25 plus tax for the service, which I found expensive.
I am unsure how to proceed. Please advise promptly. Otherwise, I may avoid future purchases from your store and share this experience with others. I look forward to your response.

Hello,
My mother-in-law purchased a women's Michael Kors watch (model MK-[redacted]) from Elan Perel, a licensed distributor in Jerusalem, Israel, for my daughter. Despite my daughter wearing the watch only once a week, stones around the watch face keep falling out. We returned it to the store two months ago after the first incident, and a few stones were fixed, but now two more have fallen out. It's frustrating to continuously have to get it repaired, considering it's a designer watch from Michael Kors. I appreciate the store replacing the stones, but the situation is becoming unreasonable. I bought a different model at the same time and haven't had any issues, so I know your products can be of good quality as well. Please assist with this matter.
Thank you,
Elana Z.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I placed an order for 6 handbags and 1 watch as Christmas gifts on 15.12.[redacted], but unfortunately, 2 bags and the watch were not delivered. Instead, I received 5 vouchers worth €[redacted] each. Due to recent hospitalization for surgeries from 31.01. until a week ago, I have misplaced these vouchers and am unable to locate them to redeem.
I earnestly assure you that the loss of these vouchers was genuinely unintentional. Could you please consider cancelling the lost vouchers and issuing me 5 new vouchers valued at €[redacted] each? I am a severely disabled early retiree with very limited income.
I am more than willing to provide a copy of my disability ID, which includes ([redacted]% G., aG, H, Rf, and B) and I am in Care Level 3. Kindly provide a fax number for this purpose. I would sincerely appreciate your assistance.
Warm regards,

I purchased a purse for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, after a few uses, the leather started wearing out. My daughter attempted to exchange it last week at the store, but the assistant manager was incredibly rude. Despite our explanation, she claimed the purse was dirty when it was simply worn. The manager informed us that the lambskin leather is delicate and prone to such issues from minimal contact with clothing. However, he mentioned they do not accept returns on these items. We expressed our disappointment with the lack of customer service compared to Coach and Kate Spade, who have been much more accommodating. Despite having all the required documentation, the staff seemed uninterested in helping. We are displeased and expect a resolution, whether through a replacement purse or a refund.

My husband bought a pair of the Cortlandt Sport Slides in white leather back in Fall of [redacted]. I wore them for the first time on Friday, April 12, only to find that by today, April 15, the side of the slides has already come detached from the shoe. I contacted the Perimeter Mall store in Atlanta, GA where we made the purchase, and though the young man was kind, they no longer had the shoes in stock. He referred me to the customer service number. After explaining the issue to customer service, I was informed that due to the shoes being bought over 30 days ago, there's nothing they can do. I pointed out the fact that summer shoes are sold during fall and winter when they won't be worn until spring and summer, but was told it's a 90-day policy, not 30. It's frustrating because if there's a time limit on returns for defective items, Michael Kors shouldn't sell seasonal shoes so far in advance.

Dear MK representative,
I bought this watch some time ago and unfortunately, the numbers inside the watch-face got dislodged when I accidentally bumped it on a table. I have some pictures of the damage, but I'm not sure where to send them as attachments. Could you please provide me with an address where I can send the watch for repairs? I purchased this watch for almost $[redacted] from Dillard’s and it's a lovely timepiece that I really appreciate. I bought it at a Dillard’s store while I was away from home, but I still have the receipt handy.
Thank you for taking the time to assist me.
Sincerely, J.Gottlieb

Hello,
I recently bought a smart watch from Lifestyle stores at Oberoi Mall in Goregaon (East), Mumbai, India.
Model Details:
Model: DW4C
IC: 6708A-DW4A
FCC ID: UK7 - DW4A
CMIT ID: 2017DJ4354
I purchased this watch for 18,[redacted] (MRP - 27,[redacted]) with a 30% discount in November. After using it for 3 months, I had to return it due to continuous battery drainage. The store mentioned a software issue where the watch would eventually shut down.
The store sent the watch for repair, but after 15 days, they informed me that Michael Kors had discontinued smart watch production. They issued me a credit note and stated I could only purchase a replacement from their limited selection at the store, including Armani, Skagen, Fossil, and female Michael Kors collections. Unfortunately, these alternatives do not meet my preferences, as I was drawn to Michael Kors for its brand value, design, and unique colors.
As a loyal customer, I urge you to address this issue promptly.
Best regards,
Geet V.

I purchased a purse at Marshalls in Miami, close to Biscayne Avenue. Upon returning to my country, I discovered that the purse was missing two essential parts, the locker, and the brand tag. Despite living in a different country, when I contacted the store, they promptly responded but could only offer to exchange the item for a gift card usable in the USA. As I have no immediate plans to return, I requested the missing parts be sent to me, which the store declined. I am interested in obtaining the missing parts through a Michael Kors store in Brazil. While I understand the issue lies with Marshalls, I am hopeful that Michael Kors may assist given they are the brand of the purse. Thank you. (I have both the receipt and a photo of the purse for reference).

Hello, I purchased a Michael Kors watch approximately two months ago. Recently, while I was at work, it started turning on and off, so I assumed it needed to be charged. After placing it on the charger at home, I noticed it was still malfunctioning, and even overheating. The charging spot was burnt, as was the back of the watch. I captured some pictures as evidence. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach out to customer service, I had a negative experience where I was treated rudely and hung up on twice. When I returned the watch to the store, they encountered the same issue. The staff at the store suggested it might be a faulty or leaking battery. This situation raises concerns about safety, especially if someone had been wearing the watch when it malfunctioned. It's essential for this matter to be addressed promptly.

Hello, I recently bought a Mercer Pebble Leather handbag with a white base and a Zebra print calf hair patch on the front. Unfortunately, when I removed it from the protective cloth bag, I discovered blue marks on both the front and back. These marks seem to have been caused by the black straps resting on the bag. I sought help from a cobbler who couldn't fix it and suggested contacting the manufacturer. I handled the bag correctly and want to keep it looking its best. The blue marks are very noticeable and I'm eager to find a solution. Thank you.

I visited the store initially to drop off a bag for repair. I asked about any ongoing sales and was informed there were none. Upon checking online, I saw the bag I inquired about was actually on sale. I decided to purchase it online and picked it up in-store the next day. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking and did not meet expectations for a high-end store. The employees appeared disinterested and merely going through the motions. I run a retail store, so I understand the importance of good customer service.
During a return visit two months later, the staff showed unprofessionalism at first, with one employee coming out from the back eating with food stains on their shirt. This display was unacceptable and tarnished the image of the brand. Despite having purchased many items from this company and being a fan of the brand, the recent experiences were disappointing. The incidents occurred at the Park Meadows Store in Lonetree, CO on 5/16/19. Please contact me for further information.
