I would to complain your customer service rep named KYLIE. She was using condescending tone and very sarcastic through out the call. My family is a metrobank user actually we have * accounts in metrobank and we are dissapointed with your customer service. Kylie is NOT HELPFUL and shes VERY RUDE. I hope the management of metrobank will take action towards her rudeness since she is representing the good image of metrobank and if you have this bad agents and bad customer service maybe we will try to consider closing the accounts with you.hoping for an immediate action towards this compalin.thank you
