Help with my Metrobank issue

I attempted to withdraw *k from bpi atm machine at lrt * recto station this morning at around *am. However, d machine seemed not to process my transaction, it stopped for few minutes then it released a receipt telling LINE DOWN and -(negative) **** also written there. No cash came out. This evening at *:**pm i again ttempted to withdraw *k from nbi atm machine in angono. Cash came out. But the balance available tells that *k was deducted to my total money in the bank. How can i get that lost *k?
GetHuman-remysica did not yet indicate what Metrobank should do to make this right.
