I attempted to pay my phone bill cash instore the store opened late and the machines are down. I went to another store across town. I had to also wait for that location to open late just to be told I cant make a payment there. The same thing happened last month. This continual huge inconvenience can be fixed by metrop s covering my bill this month and also repairing your system so that your customers don't have to keep going thru this. Thank you.
