My phone fell two feet onto some carpet face down and the digitizer went bad the screen is not cracked but the digitizer is all blacked out with a red line in the middle I need to switch my number to my other phone we attempted to do this last night and it said everything was complete but yet I receive no service on my phone so I called back they said that I had to go into a store and have an agent do it there because nobody could do it over the phone I go into the store this dude tries to tell me $** to switch my phone over I've never heard of such a thing if I knew that that was one of your policies I would have never become one of your customers so now that the store closes in * minutes and I've lost over $*** in pay today not being able to use a phone to call my client and they've gone to another contractor now I'm sitting here like well they made me lose $*** because they couldn't come through and fix my phone in this rude person at their **th and aims location thought it was a good idea to try and scare me out of $** to literally make ** keystrokes I've never been so insulted in my life and disgusted with the cellular company and that's saying a lot because I used to go through Sprint and Boost Mobile and we all know they **** so T-Mobile and Metro are the same thing and you guys are supposed to be making Sprint and boost look like the garbage that they are but they're really starting to look like the better option here so what am I to do at this point oh and by the way when I switch my phone in my SIM card into this phone I should have been able to dial your * * to * like you're troubleshooting instructions say unfortunately if you're not connected on that phone already apparently you can't dial out at all unless it's emergency services so you're troubleshooting tips are absolutely Incorrect and therefore more frustrating to your customer and should be completely changed or you should change whatever programming you have that is blocking us from being able to do the troubleshooting steps that you suggest I probably won't be able to be contacted that cuz I'm thinking about just throwing this phone away and going down to Boost Mobile and get another phone because if I have to pay $** I might as well just drop another ** and get another phone there's somebody that's not going trying to charge me $** to make ** keystrokes and switch my phone over
