I have been dealing with this issue for * months now I called to find out about making an insurance claim on a brand new Moto * when I called the *** number to ask how to do that apparently the person that I spoke with on the phone don't have a brain because they took all insurance off three phones that I have purchased from metro PCS I'm still dealing with this issue the latest resolution to this problem was I was going to receive a telephone in the mail but I'm still not happy with that because I did not ask for my insurance to be took off my devices the Moto *I have been doing with this issue for * months now I called the find out about making an insurance claim on a brand new Moto *-* I called the six one one number to ask to do that apparently the person that I spoke with on the phone don't have a brain because they took all insurance off * things that I have to purchase from metro pcs I'm still doing with this issue the latest resolution to this problem was I was going to receive a telephone in the mail but I'm still not happy with that because I did not receive a phone in the phone that I was supposed to receive is nowhere near the phone that I was trying to use my insurance on the phone I was supposed to receive was a Coolpad definity or defense or something like that and from what I understand it's nothing like my Motorola Moto * plus so I'm about ready to call my attorney if I cannot get this taken care of today I want to be able to go to the store and get a phone I think I should be compensated for all the endless hours I have put into this because never ever did I ask for my insurance to be removed everyone that I speak to keeps telling me the same thing over and over I'm sick of hearing that if I don't get this issue resolved to my satisfaction I will take my business to Sprint I know I'm only one customer but I have a lot of followers I talk to people all over the world the artist Chris Riggs up-and-coming artist is a friend of mine and he's curious as to how this issue gets resolved Google Chris Riggs he's an artist okay that's the type of people I'm on the phone with a lot from Alaska to Asia to Africa to Georgia all over the world and talk to people when I'm being followed and this issues being followed on Instagram so can someone please contact me at (***) ***-**** so we can get this issue resolved because I have **** hours and hours into this and I am so fed up and sick with this if it wasn't for the fact that my phone needs to be replaced because I did not ask for my insurance to be removed anybody with a brain in their head over to realize that I didn't just call up out of the blue and say hey take insurance off all three of my devices about the first advice right before Christmas in December of last year I went back two or three days later bought a *nd phone and then and I'm so fed up and sick with this if it wasn't for the fact that my phone needs to be replaced because I didn't not ask for my insurance to be removed anybody with a brain in there head over realize that I didn't just call out of the blue and say hash take insurance off all three of my devices . The phone I'm having to use now is my * year olds phone it is the first phone I purchased and it is a piece of **** and I can't even get it replaced because I don't have insurance on it or the other devices I have bought from y'all so I think this whole ordeal is complete and utter BS and if I have to spend the rest of my life telling people how I've been done by MetroPCS I will do it again please call me my pin is ******** please help me sincerely Tabatha Johnson
