I have had metro for over a year. However i have a problem with paying for my services online or with the app. I have complained numerous times and am told it’s my card. However it is not. My card has no issues at your store in person or at any other online retailer, i use my card everywhere. When i try to explain that to your people over the phone they do not listen. However it’s an issue, i still have not been able to turn my phone on bcuz your stores are never open when they say they will be. I work. I can’t always get there whenever your managers decide to finally show up. I lose days everytime during my billing period due to this. It is the most unprofessional thing. I have told your store employees that the online paying is not working and they tell me they have heard the same from other customers. I also try to tell your representatives over the phone the same thing and they do not listen. They tell me to contact my bank and my bank tells me it’s not them. My card is not invalid yet your online payment resources tell me this every single month. I just want to have my phone turned on. I try to go to your stores but like i stated earlier they are never open when their posted hours state they will be. Do something now. I did the two day extension and yet your stores have yet to be open when they are suppose to be for me to go in, in person, to pay since i can’t do it online because it claims my card is invalid. My phone still isn’t on. I still can’t not reach anyone at a store. It should not be this difficult to get my payment to you people.
