What a terrible time we had while wanting to upgrade my wife’s phone. We were at the store for ** minutes before the phone finally worked. There was apparently trouble with the system the CSR ********* told us the new phone was stuck in the system and it might take up to ** hours to activate. Our old phone was not working anymore at this point the rep kept insisting that it should be. After an hour with the service rep and manager coming in and out of the back room they came out and said there was a system wide glitch and the new phone was working they tested it and it made calls. We had repeatedly asked to skip the whole thing and to just get our old phone working again. We were told the sale was final. I tried to call my wife’s phone and I went right to voice mail, it did not ring. My wife tried to give it back to the manager to look at she refused to take it. By this time we were upset my wife did slap the phone onto the counter saying loudly she wanted her old phone back and a refund. The manager refused to deal with us any more and told us to leave the store because of slamming on the counter. We all got upset and heated words were exchanged. Here we were with two phones not that wouldn’t work and the manager refusing to help just kept saying I’m done with you have a nice day leave the store sales is final. Totally unprofessional. If she would have tried to tell us the issue instead of hiding in the back room with the phone we could have understood. Terrible customer service! The phone finally started to work and we left the store. I am now worried that if we need warranty service that we will be banned from the store.**John and Patricia Danler Acct number: *********
