The company did an update and my phone was effected and two of the voice mail functions stopped working ... Six days have lapsed, without any support or a resolution from Metro PCS by T Mobil or there staff , I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor any one, with common sense and good judgement ,and was told on three seperate occassions "that was not possible" , it is not in their protocal , have any of you ever heard of a company with no complaint process??? or Organizational chain of command , I am glad, I recorded the conversations for later ,and you should too. **The problem of "NO Voice mail or Visual voice mail, lost data ,lost messages and important contact information lost or deleted by Metro PCS and the company ,has yet to be resolved or responded to any service order .Metro PCS by T Mobil *I wasted several hours, speaking with agents in the Phillipines, making six service tickets for technical support , and never received a call or email in response to the problem , of "NO Voice mail or Visual voice mail, has yet to be resolved or responded to .Metro PCS by T Mobil expert technicians ,** I also made two trips to the actual Metro sore and T mobil store where I was told this is a common problem efffecting thousands of people , and its a shame, the customers were left with out any recourse . **The kicker is :* “it appears my telephone number is invalid" as the update removed my telephone number from the data base , creating the inability to receive any messages or voicmails , and I lost two messages from my mother and sister who passed away this year , and they are gone , how do you replace some thing like that ?? this is so frustrating to be paying for a product and when it fails , the compnay that created the problem offers no follow up or follow thru and no resolution. I have insurance on my phone , but this is not covered , but they did try to sell me a $***.** new phone , **I contacted *** as asked if a technician fix the problem or to provide a resolution to the problem it created , no technical support, is availble ???? they do not respond to customers request for help.I was told everything was fixed **The system does not recognize my telephone number? States invald number. I have been on service with this company for five years .Lastly , I contacted the Corporate offices (so unprofessional, and they dropped, the line) **All I can say is shame on you, Metro PCS and potential buyers beware, they like taking your money, but offer no resolution when there system fails, they out source all calls to the Philippines- I learned my lesson the hard way .Do your self a favor learn from my mistake and save your self the frustration and hours spent , only to be ignored and left with a non fuctioning cell phone And lost data
if your customer is not a priority in your eyes now , perhaps a class action law suit, might help, put the focus back on customer service, attention to defective products and thier resolution
I have phone insurance , they refused to replace the phone under the plan with same or similar working telephone , stating my phone needed to be stolen first , then they would mail me a new telephone , with in ten days .Which left me scatching my head ??
