I want what I paid for, or I want a refund for the months that were taken from my account through auto pay! ... I'm continuing to write to ask for help. MetroPCS still owes me ** days of service, as they took money from my account through the auto pay feature, yet never turned on my phone. This is the *rd time this year and I want what I paid for! I refuse to keep paying for service, only to be charged for services I haven't received. I want my phone back on, or I want to be paid back for the ** days of service I am owed!*MetroPCS will not reply through Facebook or on the phone, and they tell me there's nothing that can be done. Even though I showed proof of payments.. which they requested. *I am being IGNORED by MetroPCS and I have filled complaints with the Better Business Bureau along with the State Attorney General's Office. *I will continue to pursue this until I receive what I'm owed.
I have paid for these services and I am not getting any response from them, and still have no phone service!
I am requesting a refund of my money, or the ** days of phone service I am owed by MetroPCS or I'll start a class action lawsuit and MetroPCS will be paying alot more than just the money they took from people's accounts!
I switched to MetroPCS in December and I wish I never did! Auto pay is good, IF THE COMPANY GIVES ME WHAT I PAID FOR! BUT METROPCS DOESN'T ALWAYS DO THAT! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF ANY AT ALL.
I have tried everything...I tried reaching MetroPCS through Facebook, Chat, messaging, calling, email, calling again, and even visiting the store...The rep at the store said they are also having problems with MetroPCS service, and alot of people are going through the same issues I am... The MetroPCS owners are not putting Customers first. They're stealing and not giving us what we pay for! I won't stop talking about this until I get what I paid for!!!!***-**-**- update: After calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook, & calling AGAIN...*MetroPCS STILL HASN'T FIXED THIS ISSUE. I WASN'T REFUNDED. AND MY PHONE SERVICE IS STILL TURNED OFF!
