On * ** **** i switched from cricket to metro and when i asked about the phone i could receive i was told by KENNY NEGRON that i was getting a samsung model phone which i agreed to take. I watched him take the scanner and scan the phone box and i paid the amount asked.. I then proceeded to converse with my friend who came in the store with me as i waited for Kenny to upload the phones info. I then left store to get a drink.. I asked every one in store if they wanted a drink ... Came back a few minutes later at that time my friend told me he thinks that Kenny may of switched my original phone...I said nah they dont do that and left it alone and changed subject. After * more minutes or so kenny said my phone was ready... I took it quickly to make a very important call. As i walked my friend advised me to look at my phone... It was a COOLPAD... I WAS LIKE **** HE GOT ME KNOWING I WAS DESPERATE TO GET A PHONE TO MAKE MY CALL... I WENT HOME PUT PHONE ON TABLE FROM OUT MY FRONT POCKET.. WOKE UP NEXT DAY PHONE WAS BLEEDING COULDNT SEE SCREEN . Took it back and was told you dont replace phones with physical damage. Well that was not any damage caused by me . The phone was refurbished and NOT THE PHONE I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE OR AGREED TO HAVE.. I FEEL I WAS ROBBED FOR MY MONEY AND GIVEN A BAD PHONE BY YOUR EMPLOYEE AND I BELIEVE THAT MR.NEGRON KNOWS THIS..I WAS AT THE STORE BETWEEN *:** and * on *.**.**** check them cameras. What i want done. .A full refund and u should consider releasing zmr.Negron...I wonder how many others hes switched on..
