Merrick bank website is down or links are broken. I need to make a payment soon and can't get to website, the only way I can pay. In the Philippines and no access to *** numbers in the US.

Make payment ... The Merrick bank website seems to be down for the last * days. I have a payment due and can't contact them by phone as I am in the Philippines. I need Merrick bank to send an e-mail to my address on your file and let me know what to do. I have tried my old link to the account, says the website is unavailable. Tried to go through search engine prompt, website not available.

There is no other way to contact. Other cards have live chat. It is like Merrick wants to keep me in the dark.

Fix the website. If charges are incurred due to late payment, re-imburse. Make a chat feature for customer convenience on the website, when fixed.

I have been a customer for over a year and have paid on time and had my credit limit increased due to ontime payment

I have been checking twice daily to see if the website is up and running. Nothing!
