Also, my credit report states this was opened in ****. I have asked Merrick Bank on numerous *ccations to forward to me any and all documentation regarding this account. I spoke with someone who said he was a supervisor and he promised since it is my right to have all documentation if requested he would send it. No one responds but every month you report to all credit reporting agencies that this is a charge-off. What you are doing is against the law and I am prepared to pursue this in court if necessary. You will not get one penny from me because I do not owe you. Also, This is so old it was supposed to be removed from my credit report ***** as the law states. Credit cards can only stay on your report for * years, This charge-off is affecting my credit score and must be removed Immediately. I am sending a copy of police report to all reporting agencies along with any other documentation I may have concerning this fraudulent account.
