we are a legitimate customer of meralco. having are meters and pay our monthly dues. We are very disappointed about what happen yesterday. There are meralco employees coming to our house and inspect if we have JUMPER or illegal connection. We are trying our best to pay our dues monthly. While all our neighbors are all JUMPER or having their illegal connection. They are free using your service and nobody from Meralco has the urge trying to stop them..... its not fair for us working hard just to pay our bill. There must be a solution to stop them and make the usage as fair it should be...the location is on *** kabulusan * caloocan city brgy **. please do something to stop them. they will cut the connection every day before * am so that when meralco come no cable is attach.
GetHuman-evaagui did not yet indicate what Meralco should do to make this right.
