We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your Meralco bill yet. This might be due to some delivery delays. It's also possible the bill was misplaced or undelivered. We recommend that you access your bill online via the Meralco website or Meralco mobile app for easier and quicker access. You can view and pay your bill anytime and anywhere, as an alternative to the physical bill. Keep in mind that payment deadlines will still apply even if you didn't receive your bill, so it's important to check it online to avoid any late fees.

If you mistakenly paid your Meralco bill into the wrong account online, unfortunately, Meralco cannot refund the payment because the transaction is already considered final and irrevocable once made. You may need to negotiate with the owner of the account that you wrongly paid to. In the future, make sure to double-check all the details before making payments to avoid similar occurrences.
