As I have been doing since the Camby store *st. opened, I took my items and went to the service desk so as, I could checkout. There were no customers in line and the clearly was doing something in the tool rental area. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no, I am checking out. She told me she’s not allowed to checkout customers. I told her I have been checking out at the “CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK” since the *st day Camby opened. She said I could checkout on the other side. I left my purchases on the counter and drove to Lowe’s Mooresviile and made my purchase. Since when is checking out a customer “NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTION ?” Norman MCFADYEN mooresviile, IN *********-***-****
