I purchased some items using cash and rebates. I used $** cash. I returned a $** item. The store stated that I had to take an in store credit. I was returning an item less than the cash I used in the transaction. I asked to speak with a mgr. The front end supervisor came up and repeated what the service desk said that it automatically gives credit anytime and rebate is used in a purchase. I again a asked to speak with the store mgr. An assistant came up to the desk and said it doesnt matter how much cash was used if any rebate is used that is what is refunded. I asked for a *rd time to spead with the store mgr. They said that he was not available. **nd situation. I purchased a skylight and flashing kit not on sale. A couple of days later the **% percent sale came up. I advised that I was going to bring the skylight back and repurchase it. I was advised of the adjustment rebate. They told me not to return it just to do the rebate. I completed the reaffirm and sent it in. Approximately ** weeks I did not hear anything. I went to the store to purchase some items and asked if they could check on the rebate. I was advised to wait a little longer. I was advised that it would take longer for them to follow up. I would get an answer sooner if I ckd myself. I contacted the rebate center and they advised me that it wasn't eligible for the rebate . They copied me the rebate and said if I bought it on sale the week before it was not eligible. I replied back that I paid full price. Now rebate center said they need to contact the store. I have purchased approximately $**** in merchandise over the last year. We are getting ready to start building a house for my daughter in the next * weeks. You have lost a customer over $**.**. Thanks Dale
