Because I didn’t have receipt I was offered store credit for **% of purchase price. I feel this is very unethical. I can understand a fee for processing without receipt such as $* on returns under $*** but ** % is way to much. I am a senior living on fixed income and feel this policy is very unfair. I accepted the credit as I didn’t feel I had a choice. I am very disappointed you would take advantage of your customers in this way.
