Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Coaches**The issue that I have experienced was: Due to our flight being delayed we were running ** min late for the bus. But being a regular traveler with Mega Bus I knew that we could still make it as often took this amount of time to load people and bags. As predicted the bus was still at the Chicago bus stop there ten minutes after departure time. My girlfriend and I sprinted out of taxi across the road to catch the bus driver before he closed the bus up. We got there on time to tap on the window for him to take * seconds to let us on the bus we had no big baggage to put under. He swatted us off in an angry manner and drove away. Therefore I had to buy another bus ticket and the booking was also stuffed up on that so actually brought three tickets. Their reservation numbers are ***-****-******-VG-****-CVG-MAD and ***-****-******-VG-****-CVG-MAD. **It occurred on: ***********I would like both of these bus tickets refunded please and I may consider traveling with mega bus again as I think this is shocking behavior from your drivers and the bus driver on that trip should be talked to by management. **I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.**Yours faithfully,**Ben McColgan
