I purchased a four tickets early Tuesday morning at about *:** or somewhere close to that. I did not read your terms and conditions being that this is my first time using your services. My departure time was for **:** A.M. Leaving from out of Atlanta, GA going to Richmond, V.A * However my ride was running super late yesterday so I missed the first bus out of Atlanta, GA going to Richmond, V.A.. ( I we stay in columbus GA, where we have no family) so there is already limited to no help or trasportation here, thats why I was using your services to move back to Virginia). When I realized me and my three children were not going to make it I proceeded to call. Which was about am hour before departure. When It was brought to my attention about the policy. I was then told I could make any bus in the same day... and would have to pay the change fees at the terminal. ALONG, came another problem other then transportation. Now, I Have to find a way to get twenty more dollars extra from where it took me three weeks to come up with the money for this bus ticket. The only money I have traveling ** hours almost is **. Enough to pay a ride too Atlanta (**) (which is an hour and ** minutes a way from where we are), and then twenty for the change of the tickets. I'M GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATED FROM TYPING,NOW SO I'LL GET TOTHE POINT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MANAJER TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD SWITCH THE TICKET OUT.EVEN FOR TODAY ARE THE SAME TIME...AFTER I EXPLAINED TO THEM MY SITUATION, ME AND MY KIDS ARE GETTONG EVICTED THIS MORNING, EVERY RIDE I CALLED CANCELED ON ME ALL DAY YESTERDAY, AND EVERY TIME THEY CANCELLED I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE TO GET A NO ON JUST SWITCHING MY TICKET OUT...NOW I'M STUCK OUT OF POCKET *** WITH THREE KIDS AND WE ARE ABOUT TO BE HOMELESS WITH NO HELP...AND YOU ARE JUST GOING TO TAKE MY MONEY. that's not going to happen. So if u all could call before * so I can at least try to get on this morning's bus since I have a legit ride maybe we will be able to resolve this matter quick and easily... Thank you. I Also think this is a bad way to treat a first time customer.
