I am requesting a refund and*or discount. The bus ride from San Antonio to Katy, Houston was terrible, unprofessional. First, the driver did not leave Probandt St until *:**. He was waiting on a customer which by the way, took her time approaching the bus. He kept telling her to hurry up, but she did not care. When she finally got on the bus, she started complaining about the temperature, she wanted the bus driver to turn on the air condition, I asked to leave the temperature along and another customer ask the woman to remove her jacket if she is so hot but of course, he turn on the air condition. NEXT, The traffic was bumper to bumper, so he decided to exit and drive the exist road. He was speeding and not stopping at stop sign. That why the San Antonio, police pull him over and gave him a ticket. Also, he told to get off the road because he was not suppose to be driving. We had to stop at a love gas station and way on another driver (another * hours and ** min). We did not get to Houston until ****. According to my reservation, we were to enter Katy Houston at *:**p.m. My family was waiting for over * hours. NOT professional at all. I arm requesting a refund.
