The issue in GetHuman-marlonon's own words
Hi I reserved a megabus trip in September for October **, **** at **:**. The booking code was AHMPQHI and the reservation number was **- ****-******-M**R-****-NEW-TOR. When I arrived at the bus station I was advised that the bus left * minutes ago and I would not be able to enter at any other point. *I was advised to buy the ticket for the next morning October **.at *:**am which costed $**.**. I purchased the ticket, booking code AHOU*ZI and reservation number **-****-******-M**R-****-NEW-TOR.**On returning the next morning at *:**am and waiting in the cold. We were advised that the bus would be ** minutes late. The bus did not arrive until **:**am, which was ** minutes after its designated time. I was advised by one of the ushers that if it was the same day I could have come back to the station and taken another bus, or they would have even allowed me had I not purchased the new ticket**This left me somewhat confused as * minutes the prior night as against being early and having to wait ** mins in the cold for the late bus. Along with that the WiFi was not working got the entire journey to Canada, which is a promised for entertainment.**I am asking that I be refunded for at least one of the journeys in which I booked as I find it bit unfair to me as the customer
