I'm writing for a refund I purchased a ticket for my ** year old son to come for Atlanta to New Orleans the driver wouldn't let him on the bus because he didn't have an ID he had a reservation number **-****-******-M**R-****-ATL-NOL I contacted megabus customers service line and spoke with a representative who in terms was very rude I then asks to speak with a supervisor who was also rude I ask him can he move the ticket to a later date he stated to me no and hung up the phone megabus need to fix this issue by have better customer service skills and I spoke to the driver over the phone who was also rude and stated the I needed to send a ride for my son because he couldn't sit in the terminal get better workers and it should be easier for people to get a refund with the company knowing the person didn't aboard the bus so can I please get a my money back
GetHuman-ternisha did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
