Hi my name is Monica Jones and I purchased * tickets on yesterday from Memphis going to Atlanta I know the policy is * hours prior but for unforeseen circumstances my problems occurred an hour before my departure my brother was in route to take me and my daughters to the mega bus terminal and had a seizure we had to call for an ambulance and about after ** minutes of him being stable we had ** minutes to get to the terminal and we were ** mins away so we called and were told we couldn’t reschedule .. I really don’t understand why but I just know I was there for a funeral on last week rode the mega bus there I really use you for all my travels never had a problem I just need to reschedule so I can get back to work and my kids can get to school please I am a single struggling parent I have no money to buy * more tickets .. here is my Reservation Number******-****-******-M**R-****-MEM-ATL**Date: October **, ****
