The issue in GetHuman-goedert's own words
Our bus (Reservation * *-****-******-M*R-****-CHT-CHI) arrived more than two hours late into Chicago, this is unacceptable.*Item *: The toilet was malfunctioning and created an unpleasant, unsafe, and unreasonable situation in which the entire bus was filled with noxious fumes. the driver tried to mitigate the issue with little effect. When I tried to use the bathroom, the fumes were so bad that I was unable to use the toilet. Not only is this very bad for Megabus's brand but a dangerous situation . Please reply after thoughtful consideration, I like the Megabus but the on-time factor needs to be tightened up. I understand that traffic is chaotic, etc., but this delay was unacceptable.*Thanks,*Scott M. Goedert
