Megabus service level is below surpar. I had the diapleasure of using Megabus to travel from Washington*Charlotte @**:**pm on Sept.**,****. I came in contact with the worth ticket processer known to man around **pm. His name was Roger. ROGER was rude, unprofessional, unkind, disrespectful and represented Megabus in such a way that, I will NEVER come back. Nor will I recommend your service to anyone. **This saga becan when I paid for my ticket online, and for whatever reason, I did not recieve a confirmation, I came to the station one hour early and stood in line, just to ensure that I would get a seat of my specifications. One that I would enjoy during my journey. I stepped up to Roger and mentioned that I hadn't recieved a confirmation. So he rudely said, step to the side, while I call Customer Service. I said ok, but, what I didn't expect was for him to board ** other passengers before he rectified my situations. Remember, I paid too! So, I ask him for a refund after I realized that every seat that I would have wanted to utilize was occupied by another passenger.*So why did I come one hour ahead? Why when I ask for a refund, Roger offer no assistance, if fact, he grabs his manifest and proceeds to leave the podium. Leaving me standing their unchecked in. *After, confirming tbat I indeed did pay for a ticket, as Roger confirmed.*With no empathy and or passion, he says, whatever, i had to make sure you jad a ticket. He didn't even have the number to call. How can you not know the number to your dispatcher. Mere incompetence**Im not sure what kind of people Megabus targets, but, kindness, respect and appreciation is free. *I would recommend that sooner than later you remove this ticket processor, Roger feom his duties. I am more than confident that with his demeanor,attitude and disposition, I am more than certain alot of customers would opt to use your competitors, or even walk to their designation before running into Roger again.*I will never come back, ever!!
