The issue in GetHuman-maneiqq's own words
I bought * tckt for **:** am bus Roc - NYC confirmation number *****-****-******-M**R-****-ROC-NEW and paid for the seats * and ** for my daughter and me. As I am tall and In few hours I have a car reservation I needed to sleep well to drive from nyc to Atlantic City, For this reason I bought another ticket so I could use * seats for being able to sleep and my daughter could use this seat : AHLU*XQ**Reservation Number***-****-******-M**R-****-ROC-NEW. I paid ** dollars plus tax as this was a later reservation. *Coming up into the bus there was a lady that refused to move so here I am * a.m. and I could not use my seats. I thought and inspector was going to come up and check our tickets so I could have my seats but it never happend. This lady just will not move out and does not care that I paid to reserve the seat I showed her my booking but just ignored me. I do not want to bother the driver as I do not think he will stop the bus to come up and help me with this issue. I took a picture of her if you need it. I have my car and hotel reservation that I f you need I cand send it you to prove I must drive in few hours and where I am heading as I can also send you a copy of my hotel Bally’s.
