The issue in GetHuman-jesswenn's own words
I was scheduled to take a *:** Megabus from Burlington VT to Boston MA on ****, which never arrived. A replacement bus arrived about *:**, after I had been waiting on the sidewalk since *:**. It was a Datco bus. I was sent an apology email saying it was being investigated and I would hear about compensation.**I was sent a survey, which I completed, but I didn't manage to include what I expect to happen now:*I expect to be reimbursed for my fare for what was a truly miserable experience from start to finish (*:**-**:**)*I expect to receive a detailed account of what happened to the Megabus that was supposed to depart at *:** and why everyone who called between *:**-*:** got a different response, including being hung up on. One person was told the bus company had no way to find out what was happening with the bus, but she should call back in ** minutes!?!**I don't think a company that operates this way should stay in business.**Jessica Wenning
