Hi how are you? *I have been an organizer for a group for a while but due to the recent tragic loss of my mom and losing my job as a consequence when I went home to be next to my ailing mom I stepped down as organizer and someone else took over. I was happy that the group would remain while someone else takes over the fees. I was not aware of having to unsubscribe I thought it would be automatic. They charged me on ***** and I would be so grateful if that could be refunded. As you can imagine the last few months have been unbearingly difficult and it would help tremendously if you can refund the subscription as I thought it would automatically take me off since I was no longer the organizer. The new organizer also paid for the same group. *Thank you for your time and I hope to hear back from you as soon as possible. *I tried calling the number for meetup that I found but to no avail. I also tried clicking the contact billing support but the email does not open up so I tried this.*Really hoping I can talk to someone in customer service to see what the steps would be...
