On *-*-**** I had a mammography and bone density done. These were*Preventive regular checkups. I was billed &***.** which I paid. Days later I called and questioned the bill and was told those tests were at no cost to me and I would be reimbursed. After many calls , being told it was a coding error and yesterday * mths later a supervisor told me that was a co-pay. I had also received a $***.** bill from Florida United radiology weeks after the tests. I was told this would be paid. To the present I have had no help with these * issues and yesterday was told I could not file a grievance because it was ** days past the incident. One excuse was incorrect coding. I personally went to where these tests were taken and was told codings were correct that the error was with well care. They gave me copies of what was submitted for payment. I have called many times with no results. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. My name is Lillian Ziniti. My well care * is ********. Thanking you in advance.
