My mother got a letter from hospital she received care from in **** wanting her to call Medicare COB to straighten out past issue. I called from her ap't (she is ** y.o.) to talk to COB so they could get permission from her to talk to me which has happened before. Instead of her just giving permission, the woman on the phone asked repeatedly for verification of info. requested by you despite her difficulty in hearing and her being in pain. I do not understand why just a question of: "do you give permission to your daughter to speak to us?" (like it has happened before).
GetHuman-conknee did not yet indicate what Medicare - Coordination of Benefits should do to make this right.
