Dear Sir or Madam, **Further to earlier phone communication and e-mails with the central reservations team, (the Marriott service center team did not answer my questions on e-mail sent), I have been advised that the booking "********" for Mr. Hadid has to be confirmed with credit card payment in the next ** hours, since it is a PRE-PAID rate due to the selected trade fair dates and your hotel is almost fully booked. In addition, I have been told that in the case of cancellation **% of the fees are being charged. **I mentioned that Mr. Hadid is Platinum Elite member no *********, as you have confirmed and should have special benefits as well as free cancellations as per Marriott and SPG. Your team has stated that this does not apply on the selected dates (**-** November)**I would appreciate of you could please share your policy in this regard? The policy shared earlier for cancellation does not answer our questions and states clearly that as Platinum member he can proceed without all these issues.**Thank you in advance
