At least get a discount at check out which didn't happen, waiting from management respond it appears that no communication is past when shift changes ... On *******, my daughter booked a room at the Delta by Marriot in Grand rapids Michigan, Suite ****, for * night, the following is what happened. Room not vacuum, bathroom not cleaned, bathroom door broken would not close, front desk notified, they offer another room, too small, it took them awhile to send someone to fix the door but they did come and vacuum and clean the bathroom I spoke to David Harrison Front Desk Manager he indicated that he'll make sure they will get rewarded in the morning. When Brenda checked out she spoke to James koukios he indicated he could not do anything because she didn't book straight through them which I Carmen Sanchez their mother think this is wrong throughout the night they also ask for towels they were inform turn in all your dirty towels first before we can give you clean ones TV not working, no one ever came back to fix it and it was reported. I send out an email to mr. koukios, I first called David Harrison and explain after I send out the email he never was informed of what had happened the night before other than what I had just told him, *-* ** mr. koukios answer my email we have been going back and forth, last email was some ****, I am requesting which I explained to him that a discount should have been taking place right away or at least a future boucher, this time he indicates that he cannot give them a free room but that in the future he can give them a family* friend discount with two weeks notice and then he will send them a boucher, as a customer we were very dissatisfied how everything went and still up to this day and nothing has been done.* I understand rules and regulation ,but this was way too much for one single night I'm sorry that I'm reaching out to you but I'm not sending no more emails to mr. James koukios it appears that he is not aware of what the hotels can do please help ***-***-****, thank you. If you need any more information or dates I do have them thanking you in advance Carmen
That they did wrong not stepping up to customer service we didn't expect too be rent a suite than find it dirty
To be fix by offering a free or discount at another*Hotel, for future use, as of this date Nothing
That suite should have been check before customer's check in
