This has NOT been FIXED. Mail.com claims that SPAM was sent from my email, but I haven't had access to the account!

My issue is that I Mail.com has blocked my and apparently several other accounts claiming access by others. How coincidental! Well, I told them a few weeks ago about a related issue, but they did NOTHING. I suffer from PTSD and this is VERY upsetting. I've had this account for YEARS without a problem and now this. So much of my important information is in this account and they are giving our information to third parties - what if they have hacked the information? Would Mail.com tell it's users? This is all so frustrating and emotionally distressing! Plus, they wait over ** hours to address it. I need my information now* And why would anyone hack my information? Are they interested in the civil rights issue I've discovered where the US and Virginia governments have eliminated the civil rights act of ****, Title VI? Well. if I have important emails missing from my account, then the answer is "YES" - because my personal information can't help them because I am BROKE! Mail.com should be held accountable in COURT for this outrage so that people can be compensated for their damages - after all they are making money off our INFORMATION!

What they don't realize is that with my PTSD they are causing me extreme anguish by claiming that I sent spam and by not giving me any information as well as unilaterally assuming I'm at fault and blocking my account. They claim they haven't - but, I can't get in it.

I want to use my old password to get into my account and I want to know who claims I sent SPAM to them. People can't just make accusations like this. They should be proven.

I want to get the privacy policy because my account has been compromised and Mail.com has failed to protect me.
