I appear to have lost the last 2 years emails. Not in trash. Not got anything from 08.12.22

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble locating some of your older emails. If your emails are missing from your Mail.com inbox and they are not in your trash or other folders, it's possible that these mails were either deleted or not backed up appropriately. Due to privacy and data protection laws, Mail.com can't retrieve individual emails that have been permanently deleted from an account. However, it's always a good idea to check your account settings to ensure they are not set to automatically delete emails after a certain period. We recommend changing your settings to prevent this from happening in the future.

home page and emails not loading when logged in

If your home page and emails are not loading when you log in at Mail.com, it might be due to several factors. You could be having issues with your internet connection. If that's not the case, you might need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, outdated browser versions could also be the root of the problem, so making sure your browser is up-to-date can help. Additionally, try disabling any browser extensions or plugins which might interfere with the loading process of the page. Firewall or antivirus settings could also potentially block pages from loading, so checking these could be useful too.
