Sign-in ... It's showing "Dear mail.com member, our system has detected irregular activity related..if other people are having this same issue, it may be that our mail.com accounts have been hacked. In fact, I had previously sent an email to mail.com to warn that my account was not allowing me to sign out. They are well aware that there have been problems and now they are requiring me to change my password? Or maybe the "hackers" just want to obtain your new password, because they didn't have access to the old one ( I remember when ebay pulled a similar trick several years ago). Well, I don't think so. If you know I was hacked, then you know who did it. So find out and go get 'em. In the meantime, I think I'll keep my old password, thank you.
What they don't realize is that I suffer from PTSD and have important information in my account about a civil*human rights issue that affects countless blacks in the US. In addition, I mentioned a problem with the account a few weeks ago and they did NOTHING* They also don't realize that it's customers know that MAil.com makes money from our information and advertising, so they have a responsibility to us.
I want my account back and to be compensated for my loss of information and aggravation.
I'm a good customer because they have been using me by my providing the advertising revenue and all I get out of it is a dangerous place to store my important personal information - which they have put in jeopardy.
I didn't cause the problem, but I will see to it that justice is done: guaranteeing that I'm not mistreated and that since I need constructive help, that I get it.
