I ordered a dress (order * **********) and paid extra for express shipping due to more immediate need for an event. When the dress came, it had the security tag still on it. I was late for the event because I needed to drive to the nearest Macy's and ask them to remove. When I got there, I was told they did not have that kind of security tag, it was a different store. The entire process took **min. *I also ordered shoes (order ***********) and paid extra for express shipping for the same reason mentioned above. Express shipping on the website indicated *-* ship time. The shoes were ordered on a ******* at **:**pm and were not received in the mail until ******* at *:**pm. This was later than I anticipated and I was walking out the door to the event planning to wear mismatched shoes when the box arrived. *I paid extra for express shipping to ensure that I had a dress and shoes on time. I am incredibly disappointed and at the very least would like some compensation returned.

GetHuman6411205 did not yet indicate what Macy's should do to make this right.
